This dish is a home-style prawn curry recipe,
which is easy and quick to prepare. It requires only a few ingredients, which
together create a delicious, mouth-watering aroma. You can serve it with
basmati rice or any kind of roti.
Get all the ingredients ready.
Mince the onions, garlic, ginger and green chillies together. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and pandan leaf.
Add the green chillie, garlic, ginger and onion mix and saute for about 2 minutes.
Add the salt, chillie powder and turmeric powder and saute for about a minute.
Add the prawns and milk. If you want more gravy, add some water.
Stir and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 5 to 6 minutes, until prawns are cooked.
Now add the finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice and stir.
