Best Boondi Raitha



Boondi Raita is a healthy and delicious yogurt dish wish can be eaten on its own or as an accompaniment to other dishes like stuffed parathas, biriyani, etc.


It is made mainly with yogurt and boondis, which are small fried balls made of chickpea flour.

 Ingredients:


1 cup of yogurt

1/2 cup of water

1 cup of boondi

1 tsp chilli powder

1 small onion, chopped

Salt to taste


Method:


Place the yogurt into a bowl or dish.

Add the water and stir well.

Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Garnish with a little bit of boondi and sprinkle on some chilli powder.
